A few days off
I need to quit bragging about doing so well. I should have listened to my body on Sunday telling me how bad it was hurting instead of going for that run. My arthritis has flaired up again, either from the stress placed on it from running or just being tired from the extra exercise. I have been working outside trying to get everything done before the snow flies and the cold sets in which might be part of the pain I am in. Back on another round of Prednisone to get things under control. I am having a hard time figuring out what I can do and what I can't do. Just how far I can push myself. All I can do is to keep working at it on a trial and error system to see what works. No exercise until I get the pain under control, which should be soon

I need to take your advice and start listening to what my body is telling me. I think I ignore the wear down signs and it saps my energy where I don't feel like going to the gym. And then all of the sudden I haven't been to the gym in two weeks or MORE! Slow and steady wins the race right? Love ya!
