Day 13
I have tried to figure a place to run on the weekend that would be fairly easy on the legs until I get my running muscles back. Manti High Rubberized Track did the trick. Today was susposed to be six four minute runs with a one minute walk between, which I changed to a two mnute walk until I get my runner legs and wind back. I warmed up longer and walk the two minutes in between and finally got my first 3 miler in, felt good. The weather here is great, maybe to great for lack of water next year. So nice to be outside in 50 plus degree, ideal running weather, with no wind. No runners high yet, but feeling the lift from running again
