I am finding out that if I don't complain I really don't have that much to write about.  I didn't do any exercises last week.  I need to develop a mindset that walking just might be the exercise that is in my future.  I was going to try my bike but it has been so cold outside that is not possible, at least for me.  I have been on the new meds. for a month and Dr. Call wanted blood tests ran to make sure that there were no side effects.  Happy to say there was not any.  The pain has been tolerable with the exception of my wrist and right hand.  We finished with the decorations both inside and out over the weekend.  Now the fun of setting back and enjoying them.  Grandma had her Christmas party Saturday.  Good food and nice seeing family.  I tried not complaining and I hope I was successful
