I only got in one day of training last week. Ran 7.02 miles and burned 1100 calories. Enjoyed our time in Elko, went on roads we have never been on, which is always good. Next thing is to get Carolyn's knee fixed Monday. I will get back on the training wagon this week. I need to burn a few calories after the long weekend. Just run

I also need to knock off some calories after a disappointing workout out weekend OR should I say lack there of. Oh well, can't do anything about the past, just need to look forward. JUST RUN. Love ya.
