March second!

Yesterday was a good day. I logged everything that I ate and the total calories were1925 with a protein count of 115. I need to add a little more protein. I will continue to adjust these amount with the amount of exercise I get. I treadmilled it yesterday for 6.06 miles in 84 minutes and burned 1145 calories. I have to walk quite a bit to get loose, so I shouldn't get to upset about how long it takes me to do 6 miles. I will try speed work once a week. I am not going to post my blood pressure but once a week (to depressing) and it takes awhile before it starts going down. My starting weight was 242.2 and this morning I was 239.2, a good start, wish I could loss that everyday. Stay Positive and Just Run

  1. Sounds like you are off to a good start. I quit posting my times because I do a lot of walking with Heather. So I am not too concerned about total workout time as much I am concerned about getting out there and working out. Let's keep this momentum going! It's going to be a good month! Love ya.
