Lifetime habit
Todays exercise was ok. I got in 145 push ups. I ran for 3.01 miles and burned around 365 calories on the run. I felt tired today and I think my body is just not used to exercising anymore. I can't believe how fast you can get out of shape. With the fast weight loss and picking up the amount of exercise I will just have to gut it out. I can't sleep tonight and that alone is a sign of overtraining. I am not stopping so my body just needs to get use to it. I want to make this a lifetime habit. Be Consistent

Keep it up and pushing yourself. The inches on the waist sound good. You are someone I really admire on how you have changed your life for the better. I Love ya Dad.
