Short runs

I got in a 3.01 mile run on the treadmill yesterday which I figured burned a little over 300 calories. I had no breathing problems at all. I was sore from getting wood. I think I will try and get in a couple weeks of 3 mile runs before I increase my mileage. With winter coming on I don't have to worry to much about my breathing. I am glad to see everyone writing again.

  1. I am working on 3 days in a row now. I just need to finish out the week strong and focus on being consistent. I just need to make this a habit once again. Keep it up.

  2. Larry,I'm happy to see that you are posting again. I'm on my way to the gym and I say that their are people here for the race and I thought about are deal to run it. I know we are both not up to is so we need to plan on it next year. that should be are goal. I'm not going to run it if you don't so help me help you help us.
