ATTITUDE
You ever had weeks where you make up every excuse in the world not to workout. I am having one of those weeks. There is no sound reason I have not worked out other than my attitude. It sucks. I am blaming it on my big belly. The last few years I have developed quite a ponch. Lately it is massive. There is not a lot of things that I can change with the way I look, but my gut is one that I have total control over. Well July 1st is a good starting date to start gut busters. We are going to Lava for the weekend and I will get my attitude in check, (I know mom will like that). Workout some each day. Stay consistent!

ReplyDeleteI am right there with you on the gut thing. I have a huge one right now and it bugs the crap out of me! Well I am trying to do something about it now. I am working on making fitness a habit like I do when I am deployed. I hope to jump start it this month. I am shooting for a 100 mile month. That should be a pretty good start. Love ya.
