Slacker
I am counting yesterdays wheeler ride as a workout. 4 hours on some of the roughest trails I have ever rode. I am so sore that I hurt all over. It has been 3 weeks since I have worked out seriously. I am just a slacker. Things will come around, they usually do. I don't mind the time off, it's the weigth gain that I can't take. Been doing yard work every weekend trying to catch up, so I haven't just been sitting around. Just do something

ATTITUDE
You ever had weeks where you make up every excuse in the world not to workout. I am having one of those weeks. There is no sound reason I have not worked out other than my attitude. It sucks. I am blaming it on my big belly. The last few years I have developed quite a ponch. Lately it is massive. There is not a lot of things that I can change with the way I look, but my gut is one that I have total control over. Well July 1st is a good starting date to start gut busters. We are going to Lava for the weekend and I will get my attitude in check, (I know mom will like that). Workout some each day. Stay consistent!
