Training week # 3 completed

I had another great week of workouts. I ran 37.14 miles, biked 10.70 miles and burned 6767 calories in 9 hours 04 minutes. I did eat more from 12 to 2 pm and that helped quite a bit. I also slept more getting in 2 days of 10 hrs. sleep each night. My weight has been jumping between 215 and 217 all week. I am just glad to be out of the 220's. Sunday, before the bicycle ride, I feel great. I ride the bike nice and slow around Manti for an hour and when I get off I can hardly walk. I stay that way the rest of the day. Any ideas out there. I'm thinking that the ride gets the blood flowing into the wasted muscle. But, but!!! I will have to read and see if there is anything out there why I am wasted after the bike ride. Till next week

  1. It looks like you had a great week of work outs. I am finally back and ready to go once again. And I am happy for it. It's sounds like you have hit a weight plateau and you just need to work through it and the weight should keep coming off. Or maybe you are losing body fat and maintaining muscle. That would be a good thing. Let me know what your research tells you. I am sure at some point I will be dealing with the same obstacles. Love you and JUST RUN!!!
